These terms govern use of this website and requests for Tropical Drift Travel concierge services. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Concierge requests. Website content is general information. Sending a request does not create a confirmed booking. Services, availability, pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and any special conditions will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written confirmation.
Third-party providers. Many travel and hospitality services are delivered by independent third parties. Their own terms, waivers, schedules, availability, and cancellation rules may apply. Tropical Drift Travel coordinates requests but does not control a provider’s acts, omissions, or service interruptions.
Traveler responsibilities. You are responsible for accurate information, valid travel documents, insurance, health and accessibility needs, timely payment, and compliance with laws and provider requirements. You should review all confirmations promptly.
Website use. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or copy protected content except as permitted by law.
Availability and changes. Destination conditions, weather, transportation, opening hours, and provider availability can change. We may correct website errors and update offerings without notice.
Disclaimers and liability. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available, without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Tropical Drift Travel is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
